(as a parent/guardian),

Recently we had to visit the emergency department with our beautiful toddler, who had suffered a laceration beside their eye after a fall in the water-park whilst on holidays.

The staff at your hospital were beyond amazing! From the friendly and cheerful ward clerk to the amazing doctors! The doctors were so kind and compassionate and went out of their way to explain the entire process to our toddler in a way they could understand and made our toddler feel so comfortable with everything that was happening! A special thank you to Dr Javaria for her kindness!

 We could not have been happier with the care our toddler received! Thank you all so much!

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am so pleased that your toddlers care experience was positive and that the staff were able to explain things and provide the care compassionately. I will certainly make a point to pass on your thanks to Dr Javiara who is one of our doctors in training - such a wonderful thing for junior staff to hear directly about their impact on the patient experience - thanks! I hope your toddler is recovering well and that you are able to enjoy the rest of your holidays.
