About: The Victoria Clinic

Team work

Team work

In my opinion, the worker did not -

- follow the Public Relations spin in the organisations brochure

- work with the inpatient team to ensure appropriate follow up on discharge

- contact me prior to admission, during inpatient stay or aftercare

- arrange for alternative outreach worker support when they weren't available

- ask what outpatient follow up I required

The service appeared to be, in my opinion, financially motivated rather than patient centred care.
