My mother was sent into hospital with crushing chest pain. She’s in her 60s now and she was feeling so anxious about going to the hospital. She almost didn’t call an ambulance because she was that nervous.
As soon as we turned up to the Emergency Department, we had nothing but perfect care. From the nurse at the front desk to Maxine (I think?) who looked after Mum, they were faultless with her care. Mum was made to feel at ease and she was quickly seen too. Doctor Nathan then came and he was wonderful. He was so caring, understanding, knowledgeable and had a great way with my mother which just put us at ease instantly. What a great doctor! He and all of your nurses are a credit to your hospital.
Mum ended up having a heart attack and was admitted to the ward where the great care continued.
All I can say is WOW. I cannot praise your hospital enough. Thanks for all you have done.
