"Excellent care given"

I was a patient in Onslow Hospital, WA. The care I received was exceptional. The nurses were compassionate, respectful and very organized. The ED was busy at the time I arrived and I watched the girls giving exceptional care to all patients being seen while I was there, even though one patient sounded aggressive. They worked very well as a team having to deal with ED and ward patients. I have nothing but praise for their care given in a busy environment.

Dear Happy patient,

Thanks very much for taking the time to submit a compliment to Patient Opinion about the care you received at Onslow Hospital. That is very kind of you to acknowledge the compassionate and hard working nurses from the Onslow Emergency Department and that they deliver professional care to all patients in a busy and challenging environment.

Your feedback has been read by A/Operations Manager West Pilbara Damian Jolly and has been shared with nursing staff in Onslow. I hope you are feeling better after your recent Hospital attendance.

Kind regards,

Penny Curtis

We need to hear the positives. Not just be informed of the negatives. They do deserve the praise. 😊
