"Care in my home"

About: BlueCross Care at Home Services

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I wish to say how happy I have been to have my BlueCross carer coming to help me remain in my own home. I hate to think what it would be like without her help. She has been a kind, thoughtful and cheerful visitor to my home for over ten years and always leaves my home beautifully clean.

Receiving feedback like yours provides a real boost to our staff morale as we all enjoy a note of recognition and appreciation.

Consistent also with our commitment to staff recognition through our Starfish principles, we also presented your carer with a Starfish Award on the principles of "Being There" and "Making their Day". She also received a gift card.
