"Oncology Rehabilitation Program"

I was so lucky that my Oncologist recommended the Oncology Rehab program to me. The combination of an individualised exercise program and a wealth of relevant information really has made an incredible impact on my recovery from cancer. After doing the 7-week program I was resourced and motivated to move forward independently and I have continued to improve in leaps and bounds. A number of months after the program has ended, I still do my weights every Tuesday and Friday and my physical condition is even better than my 'at-diagnosis' stage. My fatigue levels have become manageable. The rehab program helped to sort the facts vs myths and taught me to expect more from my post-cancer body than I had been lead to believe was possible. Highly recommended.
