(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been here for 2 weeks and have been observing the cleaners. Sam is our cleaner and has been excellent by the work she has done and putting in a bit extra at all times. She is also a very caring lady and it would be unfortunate for some of us patients to not have her working in here. Thank you

Thank you for your wonderful feedback regarding our cleaning staff. Our cleaners take great pride in their work and it really shows. Sam is indeed a very hard worker and is known for going the extra mile - we are very fortunate to have her as part of our team. I will be sure to pass your feedback on to her.
