(as a relative),

Waiting area on level 3 NICU (neonatal intensive care unit) has TV going & reception has a loud radio going. Add people talking & its really loud & annoying.

Thanks for your feedback, I understand that people visit our NICU in times of significant stress and I’m sorry that the waiting area environment is not optimal. Please be assured your feedback will be passed on to the NICU staff to address this situation.
