"Receptionist"

About: Bass Coast Health

(as the patient),

When talking to a friend about the Wonthaggi Hospital and our experiences over the last 10 years, it was specifically mentioned that the lady at reception (Sheryl) is such a kind, bubbly, and caring person. No matter how you feel, she pays attention to you in such a way that you feel heard, seen and cared for. She tries to lift your spirits. She is truly a great asset to the Wonthaggi Hospital and she is great 'face representation of a good front of house person'. We hope the hospital will recognize this too. We locals certainly do!

Dear aurigaxd74

Thank you for taking the time to provide such positive feedback. We have to agree - Sheryl certainly is extremely caring and kind and we are indeed very fortunate to have her with us. I am sure there are many people who would agree that Sheryl's positive and compassionate approach has made an enormous difference to their visit to Wonthaggi Hospital.

Thank you again for your kind words

Best wishes

Noni
