"Wifi at Perth Children's Hospital."

About: Perth Children's Hospital

(as a parent/guardian),

Wifi at PCH is way too slow. Unable to do much at all with it. If it’s a family centred environment then kids as inpatients need to have access to decent wifi so they can stay socially connected to their peers. Parents need to be able to do work whilst they are waiting or looking after their children. It’s a new hospital so wifi should be a decent speed.

Dear Helpneeded

Thank you for your comments. We are aware there are issues with the hospital wifi that are currently being worked on. I understand this is frustrating for our patients and families, and your patience is sincerely appreciated.

Thank you again for taking the time to provide feedback on this issue.

Kind regards

Can you give me a time-frame as to when the wifi issues will be resolved? I am aware that you know there is a problem with the wifi, but it would be helpful to know that you have a time-frame as to when it will be fixed and as to whether it is an easy fix or something which is more complex, costly and timely. Thanks
