"My little one's little fingers"

About: Esperance Health Campus / Emergency Department Perth Children's Hospital

(as a parent/guardian),

Myself and my family want to thank all the staff who were on duty Thursday night at the Esperance Hospital. For the help and care of my child. I know most nurses and doctors don't know the outcome once patients are sent off through Royal Flying Doctors. And so you all know - the amazing doctors at Perth Children's Hospital reattached both fingers and my child will have full feeling and movement after 3 weeks of healing in a cast. So thank you all who got everything moving fast enough for my child's fingers to be saved. I am forever grateful. xxx

Dear couragenx54

Thank you so much for your kind words about your experience at PCH. I am so pleased that our team were able to reattach your child’s fingers and that they will have full feeling and movement restored. The staff involved have been made aware of this post and greatly appreciate your positive feedback.

I have also brought your feedback to the attention of our Chief Executive, Dr Robyn Lawrence, who is also delighted to hear of this outcome and your comments. Please accept my best wishes for your child.

Kind regards
