"Great patient care by the medical staff at Northam Regional Hospital"

(as a relative),

I brought my 89-year-old father into the ED at Northam Regional Hospital from out of town recently. He was treated by the doctors and nurses in ED, then admitted to the wards for ongoing observation, tests, care and physio instruction. He was discharged three days later in much better condition, both physically and emotionally. He has asked me to contact the hospital to convey in writing his immense appreciation for the quality of care he received at Northam Hospital. I share the sentiment!
