(as the patient),

I was in for a day surgical procedure at Box Hill Hospital recently.  I just want to thank all the staff, nurses and doctors I saw for the care they showed me and the other patients around me. Right from the reception where I checked in, to the finish, I was taken excellent care of. I can’t thank them enough for their dedication and warmth.

My kindest and humbling thanks to all who I came across today. I wish I could name them but there were too many.
