My wife was admitted to Fiona Stanley Hospital due to pain in her left hip and pain travelling down her leg towards her left ankle. Her foot and toes were numb. She was admitted as a private patient (H. C. F. ) Her first night was in a private room, which was lovely but unfortunately she was moved at midnight to a twin share room, which I believe was not set up for two patients as my wife had no television or reading light. She was told it was because someone who was very sick needed the room, which my wife accepted. But on asking a few questions, found out it was because a family member of this patient had complained so much they did a switch around to keep the peace. Luckily my wife was only in the twin share room for two nights before she was transported to Fremantle Hospital.
