"Waiting for results as promised"

About: Box Hill Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

I was seen by a Gastro consultant at Box Hill Hospital some time ago and was told to have a liver MRI and that the consultant will call me back with results.  I have had the MRI and feel I am lost in the system. I have not been called, nor do I  have a review appointment or the phone call as discussed.

Dear Jay Goo,

Firstly I would like to apologise for the failure to follow through with the results of your MRI. I would like to suggest that you make contact with us via the Centre for Patient Experience (contact number 1800 327 837) and they will be able to assist you to make contact with the right staff.

Apologies again Jay Goo but hopefully we can sort this out quickly for you.
