"Hugely Impressed"

About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital

(as the patient),

I went for a random checkup to the GP, who recognised an anomaly in my heartbeat and recommended an urgent visit to Sydney Hospital and Sydney Eye Hospital.

Every single staff member was so helpful, decent, warm, friendly and positive.

I was lying for 3 hours in the emergency room which was continually getting busier and busier. I didn't have much to do and ended up often observing the staff - especially how they interacted, not only with the patients, but also amongst themselves.

Great teamwork, and extremely well managed by Kathy and the main doctor, Dr Chor.

I am genuinely impressed...which is why I have taken the time to write this review.

The deserve it.

Thank you for the wonderful feedback concerning the Sydney Hospital and Sydney Eye Hospital Emergency Department. It is great to hear the staff interact with each other and patients so well while being helpful, warm and friendly. The staff represent not only our hospital but all health care in general with professionalism that we are very proud of.
