The new hospital is well designed, looks great and the staff are friendly. The only problem is the seats in the waiting area....they are too hard and extremely uncomfortable for anyone with a back injury.

Thank you for your feedback and your positive comments regarding the new Warren Health Service and the staff. In regards to the seating in the waiting area, we have reviewed the current seating selection and will be providing an increase in the number of high-backed chairs for people who may have hip or back problems.

I just wanted to give you an update further to the commitment we made on the feedback you provided us about having high back chairs in the waiting area.

We purchased 2 chairs that have a higher back and these are now in the waiting room for all patients to use.

We value feedback such as yours, as this helps us to make changes and improvement where it is needed.
