(as the patient),

I recently presented to the emergency department with chest pain, I was very anxious but was seen straight away. I had a number of tests done which were all normal. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who looked after me. The nurse I had (Bonnie?), who was so kind and caring, made me feel at ease with her calm nature. And Noni? For making me a great cup of tea. You were both so nice and attentive.
