(as a relative),

On behalf of my family, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of the staff who provided such wonderful care and showed great kindness and respect to our family member who was recently palliated. His last days were spent surrounded by family, and we are so thankful to the nursing, medical and kitchen staff who all made this experience as good as it could be, with their kind words, regular updates and many cups of tea: ) You are all worth your weight in gold!
