"Emergency Room"

Went to Sunshine ER with bad ear infection that had taken hold of me late at night and told there was a 6 hour wait. Asked where there might be a 24 hour clinic and from a list they had told me Mill Park, when I managed to find one in Altona using Google. Want to know why a GP is not on staff in ER for quicker cases as the doctor I saw took 10 minutes to see me and only 10 to examine and prescribe medication to me which I filled at a 24 hour pharmacy in Yarraville. A lot better today, no thanks to Sunshine ER.   Want to know why sick children made to sit around waiting there too and the parents not explained to that they can drive to the Royal Children's Hospital in North Melbourne.  I think my experience was disgraceful and the service on par with developing countries even though Australia is supposed to be such a wealthy country. Very disappointing and scary actually.
