The Lives Lived Well group with Maria went really well. It helped me through what I am currently dealing with around custody of my children. I'm learning to become more in touch with my emotions so that I handle situations better. Maria was very supportive and despite my anxiety issues I attended.

Well done in attending the sessions when you were anxious and then persisting to complete the program. I am glad it has helped you manage the issues around the custody of your children and connect with your emotions. It takes courage to do this and receive the support being offered.
