After radiation therapy on my pelvis, cancer had apparently got hold of my leg nerves and I was unable to stay steady on my legs. We tried managing at home, but being eight steps to get into it and four steps (split level) inside, it was difficult getting around the house and I was falling a lot, though fortunately without injury. It was agreed I would try respite care with a view to go permanent. I ended up at BlueCross Livingstone, best decision I made, it's fantastic.
"Great care after news of incurable cancer"
