"Mobile phone use"

One nurse at the Alfred Hospital psych ward is not letting patients charge their phones when they need support from family and friends. The phone charging is supervised by the nurses but this person will not let people charge their phones supervised. How are they supposed to arrange places to stay when they are discharged. They usually charge peoples phones at the nurses station under the nurses supervision but now they are refusing to do this.
