I became unwell during my rehabilitation session at Wantirna Health, felt dizzy and nearly fell over backwards  - the physiotherapists asked some nurses from the HARP (Hospital Admission Risk Program) staff to examine me. The nurses, Caroline and Julie were very thorough, looking up all my records and checking all my vital signs. They arranged an immediate appointment at my doctors. My Doctor has started me on more blood pressure medication, sent me for blood tests and arranged other tests. I have also had my puffers changed. I would just like to say thank you to the staff for looking after me so well and making sure I got to my doctors.

Thank you so very much for sharing comments regarding your experience in the Eastern Health Rehabilitation program at Wantirna Health. Your episode of feeling unwell must have been quite difficult for you but I was so pleased to read the staff, particularly Caroline and Julie looked after you so well.

I'm also pleased you were able to see your doctor and treatment commenced. I trust this is making things better for you and you are able to gain the terrific benefits from this program.

It will give me great pleasure to share your comments with the Eastern Health Rehabilitation program team, particularly Caroline and Julie and also to the senior leader in this area.
