"Iron infusions"

About: Esperance Health Campus / General medicine

(as the patient),

I need iron infusions because of my age and my health situation.

I attend the chemotherapy clinic at the Esperance Hospital in Western Australia. It is a very comfortable place to go and the nurse in charge is Helen and she is extremely organised and fastidious, but at the same time she is very relaxed. This of course helps me relax and also the other patients she is dealing with. It is also very efficient and so well organised that the waiting times are not long. Then when the therapy is getting done the facility is very comfortable with a relaxed atmosphere which helps so much when receiving this treatment.

Dear Moonsg63,

Thank you for taking the time to tell us of your experience at the Esperance Hospital.

It is reassuring for me to receive such positive feedback about our staff and the service in Esperance.

It will be with great pleasure that I pass on your kind words to our Chemotherapy Nurse Helen.

Kind regards

Geraldine M Ennis PSM
