I was recently in Ward G63 for a liver transplant workup. I cannot praise highly enough all the staff - doctors, orderlies, physio, catering - but especially the incredible nursing staff. They were kind, compassionate, helpful - everything a patient could hope for. Not to play favourites but Kat and new nurse Tayla stood out. But everyone was just awesome. I am sure I will get the same care when I am back there for my transplant.

It was so pleasing to read of the compassionate and supportive care you received during your stay with us. I can only imagine how daunting it must be approaching transplant surgery and appreciate that the staff caring for you play such a pivotal role in helping you through this journey. Our motto at Charlie’s is to ‘put patient’s first’ and I am very glad that this was how you were made to feel.

I know that the staff involved in your care will be thrilled to read your message of thanks also, and I will ensure this is passed onto them.
