(as a relative),

Spend a lot of time up here with my mother, but cannot get coffee after 4pm. It seems that they will not put a machine in because, in my opinion, it's too much for them to do. They need coffee machine up here badly.

Dear Noisy,

The coffee shop and cafe at Albany Hospital is run by a private contractor and is open during normal day time business hours, with slightly limited opening times on the weekend. We will forward your feedback on to the contractors for their consideration.

Outside of these hours coffee is available for family and visitors at beverage bays located on all the wards. All our staff will be happy to direct you to these.
