(as a service user),

A very early morning ambulance ride found me within the Emergency Department with chest pains and a family history of death from heart disease.  Every aspect of service was extremely professional and caring, from the friendly and calming reception staff at the front door to the wonderful, competent and cheerful nurses, the excellent Dr Natalie who is one of the best medical communicators I have encountered (and I've worked in health services for much of my long working life) and the support staff cleaning, pushing trolleys and delivering meals and consideration as they performed their tasks.

I couldn't find fault with any aspect of my experience.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience being cared for in the Emergency Department at Box Hill Hospital. This must have been a very stressful time for you, especially given your family history.
