As a carer of a patient admitted to Margaret River Hospital (via ED) I cannot say enough great words about the staff and care received. This is the second appearance for heart-related problems and each time the staff ensured both patient and carer understood what was happening and why. This visit, the hospital was able to add the patient to the end of the day surgery list and undertake a 'heart restart'. This meant we could go home at the end of the day in a much better health condition and avoid lengthy travel to another regional hospital.
The staff are fabulous and professional and ensure that the very best care is received.
