WA Country Health Service Midwest has a great team of compassionate caring staff, and it is fantastic to see their efforts publicly acknowledged. I will take great pleasure in passing your compliment on to the team, I am sure they will be delighted to read your story.

In regards to the noisy doorbell sound from the ward I'm a little unsure as to what you are referring to. We have had some previous feedback around the noise from the call bell system which the team at the Geraldton Hospital have been exploring options to improve this system including potential funding sources. I have spoken to the team at the paediatric ward at the Geraldton Hospital and they advised they have received your gorgeous flowers. They wanted to pass on a big thank you and let you know how much they appreciate your kind gesture, it made their day. They also said what a wonderful family you were and they wish you all the very best.
