"The professional care received at Northam Hospital"

I presented to the Northam ED and told the nurse that I had extremely bad chest pains. She immediately came out to escort me to a bed in the ED. I was then assessed with an ECG and it seemed that within seconds I had a doctor treating me with the assistance of 2 nurses. It was apparent that I was in the process of a heart attack. One of the nurses explained everything that was happening to me and the doctor followed up with explanations also. Any question I had was answered immediately. The staff were very supportive towards my husband also. The quick and professional teamwork from the staff at Northam Hospital is why I am able to send this opinion today. They saved my life. A huge thank you to all concerned. I was then transferred to RPH, however, I wished I was able to stay in Northam Hospital.
