I keep receiving notice for appointment a day in advance. Usually a Monday appointment is sent to me on Saturday by SMS. With only date and time given to me. So I have no idea what clinic I'm supposed to attend.
So I keep needing to ring around and organise lots for me and my wheelchair which is not the easiest thing to do.
I also have a lot of appointments because of my extensive medical issues, so I'm finding it costly to park the vehicle of the person bringing me. My appointments are sometimes 4-5 hours late, as my last appointment was, so I had to pay $17.00. I'm a ACROD (Australian Council for Rehabilitation of Disabled) user and would appreciate discounted parking.
