"Staffing and resources"

In my opinion this is a money making institution, with managers who are just there for the money. It appears to be short staffed & staff who work their butts off. I feel they are hugely disorganised & the poor residents suffer, because I believe they're being also financially fleeced. I hope the royal commission, into aged care gives this place a hugely needed boot up the backside that I think it requires.
