"Mobile rehabilitation day program"

About: Lives Lived Well – Dubbo (Roadmaps)

(as a service user),

The Roadmaps Program has made me more aware of my drug use and I have been able to learn through different activities that my drug use effects people in my life. I was not aware of this before.

The program has given me an understanding of where I am up to in stopping my drug use and it has allowed me to reflect on my drug use.

I have been down a bad road and I don't want to be there anymore. The program has helped me to start thinking about my drug use.

I manage the process of writing reports for the organisation's funding bodies, administer the client data system and prepare and analyse client data for reporting purposes.

Hi Realisations

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback on the Roadmaps program - I will make sure the team receive it.

It is good to hear that the program has helped you reflect on your substance use, and where you want to be with your life.

If you would like more support, or someone to talk to - please give the team in Dubbo a call.

Kind regards,

Josh
