Hello, I recently have been admitted into the Box Hill hospital and I can honestly say that it has been one of the most helpful and amazing experiences of my life. They are always concerned about my well-being and have the utmost care for me. It has made my recovery faster and a lot more enjoyable. All the staff are amazing and helpful, however my nurses from my administration in ED (Sam, Cara) to the neuro ward nurses (Nat, Polly, Grace, Kat) they have made me so happy and I hope all my hospital trips are like this one. Thank you for the professional care that they have provided. Keep it up ladies and keep making patients feel welcomed leading them to a faster recovery.

No-one wants to go to hospital so I was so pleased to read how the staff looked after you. It’s very clear from your feedback that the Eastern Health values of Patients First, Kindness, Respect, Excellence, Agility and Humility are alive and well!

It will give me great pleasure to share your feedback not only with Sam, Cara, Nat, Polly, Grace and Kat but also with the managers of the Emergency Department and the neuro ward.
