Hello DJLB,

Firstly sorry for the very slow reply, we have just got access to the ability to reply in the last couple of days.

One of the areas we have been working on in the last few years is creating a wider range of choices so people are able to find a choice that fits well for them. And stay tuned, we're continuing to work in this area...

So I'd like to thank you for letting us know that moving to the independent living village has worked well for your friend, it's what we aim for after all.

Thanks again for sharing your story, it's heartening to hear the choices we offer are making a positive difference.
