(as a carer),

I had to take a little one to hospital recently one morning.  It was picked up in triage that the little one may have something very contagious.  I had been trying to get a diagnosis from doctors previously with no luck.  

We were seen immediately. The doctor and nurse were absolutely fantastic.  I felt like they cared. 

I requested to give the medication as the little one would have become distressed and I felt happy that I was listened to.

The Emergency Department can be a busy and demanding environment and providing feedback like yours is a great reminder of what matters most to families when their loved ones are in need of care.
