(as the patient),

Regarding my visit to the Warren District Hospital Emergency Department at 8:30am.

I was taken by my partner to the hospital with a rash. I was triaged immediately, seen by a nurse practitioner, treated appropriately and out of there by 10am. I felt the service and treatment was prompt and carried out with care and explanation was given at all times.
