"Geraldton Hospital Emergency Department"

About: Geraldton Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a parent/guardian),

My child had sprayed a little bleach in their eye and it was burning, stinging and hurting. I told my child to get into the shower and let the water run in their eye for twenty minutes before running them up to my local hospital.

The staff were brilliant and took my child straight through to continue washing out their eye.

They sat there for another twenty minutes to ensure they got all the chemicals out and then the doctor put in eye drops to check the eye, gave my child an eyesight test and then checked the eye again. We were then able to go home.

Brilliant service
