(as a parent/guardian),

I visited ED with my child after they hit their head and was complaining of a painful neck. The staff were excellent, very friendly, efficient and kind. Sally in particular made my child feel safe and respected my child's need for dignity and privacy.  The doctors were excellent very efficient and kind.  They reassured my child and myself. I cannot fault the care we received it was outstanding.

Thank you for taking the time to share your lovely compliment.

I know how stressful it is for parents when their children become unwell or injured, and having to go to the Emergency Department can add additional stress for children.

It was pleasing to read the team at the Northam Health Service were kind, caring and friendly, especially Sally who took the extra time to ensure your child felt safe and respected their privacy and dignity.

I will take great pleasure in passing on your lovely words to Sally, the Emergency Department Team and their manager, as I know they will be very appreciative receiving this positive feedback.

We really appreciate you taking the time to write, feedback like yours is a great reminder of what matters most to families and their loved ones in need of our care.
