"Positive Culture and Caring Environment"

Having been a long term staff member and spending time with many residents and their family's, in my opinion we have an amazing team that go above and beyond in all that they do.

I believe this is reflected in the huge number of thank you letters we receive from residents and their family's on a regular basis.

Below are just a couple recently received:

1. I must congratulate you on what I felt was an excellent effort in keeping such a large and complicated facility running as smoothly as you have. Staff numbers have always seemed to be appropriate and relatively evident at all times during our visits, including RN’s. Especially on the last day of Mum's life, a long day for the family as it turned out. In my opinion, the staff were magnificent with their support, not only for Mum, but the family as well. I believe the commitment of the staff to their changes was obvious to the extent that emotions were genuinely there for all to see.

2. I would like to personally thank you all for the care, love and understanding I believe you showed towards Mum during her time at Mandalay. I felt you continually kept us informed on more than one occasion, gave us advice and guidance to help make decisions. Towards the end of Mum’s time, in my opinion, the staff and carers went above and beyond their call of duty. I felt, the love shown to Mum was extraordinary.”
