(as the patient),

I’ve had my ultrasound (pregnancy) appointments cancelled twice and changed once. I was then called to come in with 10 mins notice which thankfully I was able to make. My latest appointment for a scan was again cancelled (after being changed by the hospital), 5 hours before the appointment. Waited 3 days with no update as whether I can have another date set, was told to make other arrangements. I feel it is absolutely terrible service and I don’t think I should have to travel 400 km for it when I have been more than accommodating.

I am very sorry that we have had to cancel and change your appointments, unfortunately this is due to a staff illness. If you would like to contact Margaret Smillie, Acting Operations Manager at Esperance Hospital on 9079 8071 and update her on your situation she will be able to assist you in re-booking your appointment.
