"Awesome care at Box Hill ED"

I brought my young son to Box Hill Hospital ED with moderate asthma. The wait time was minimal. All the staff were fantastic (particularly in the Paeds area). I watched as another parent approached the nurses in an aggressive manner frustrated by a reasonably minor matter. The parent spoke to the nurse in a demanding tone, failing to use any manners. The nurse remained calm, assisted in a very positive manner and found a resolution. It was so impressive!
