"Manner in which I was treated at Perth Radiological Clinic"

About: Specialists in the Hasluck Electoral District

(as the patient),

I went to PRC (Perth Radiology Clinic) in Victoria St, Midland for a dexa scan for Osteoporosis. I have been before and was well treated. This time I felt I was a nuisance and not worth bothering with. I felt I was ordered to do each thing, with no concern as to whether I could, e.g. lift my legs on my own etc. (Both hips have been replaced and I am aged 80). I had a pressure garment on my L arm and instead of doing my R wrist she attempted to scan the left arm. I interrupted her and said it was the right arm that needed doing.   She then looked up the previous scan and agreed I was right. But the manner in which everything was done or asked of me, I believe was completely without empathy or understanding. I left the place feeling very angry.
