"Sydney eye hospital."

(as the patient),

I was waiting for over 4 hours for treatment for an eye injury. I felt in pain and as if the medical care level is not at even a reasonable level in a society of Australia's level health care.

I think the process of assessment of my injury was very poor as was the communication. The medical staff appear jaded and disinterested.

I just needed a doctor to confirm there was nothing in my eye that needed to come out. It seems that's too hard for this facility to provide.
