My wife and I recently experienced the neonatal death of our baby. During such a difficult time in our lives, I would like to thank all the doctors and midwives who supported us.

I would like to specifically thank Jane and Amanda for the compassion, concern and empathy they have provided for us. We can see how passionate they love their jobs and we believe that Box Hill Hospital requires more individuals such as Jane and Amanda who genuinely care for the patient and puts their needs as the main priority. Keep up the great work!

Firstly can I pass on my condolences for the death of your baby. That is such a sad outcome for you and I am so sorry to hear that.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide your feedback, particularly as I am sure you are still grieving for your baby. I will make sure to pass your feedback on to the maternity service at Box Hill hospital and particularly to Jane and Amanda. I am very pleased that they were able to provide the support you needed. We know that there are often difficult times for patients and families at hospital and it is important that our staff are able to deal with the bad times as well as the good. I am glad that Jane and Amanda were able to be there for you.
