My grandmother has been a resident of Alwyndor for quite a number of years. We have always found the care, the staff and the management wonderful. My grandmother has not been the easiest person and Alwyndor have been exceptional. The recent management change provided a fantastic opportunity for us to witness the growth of Alwyndor and we find the new staff a brilliant addition to the Alwyndor community. Management have kept us up to date with all changes and were wonderful when they came around to meet our grandmother. My other Nanna is currently on an Alwyndor home care package which has provided exceptional support for her and enabled her to stay in her own home. The service has always been prompt and exceptional and we will not hesitate in recommending Alwyndor home care or residential.

Thank you so much for sharing your family’s positive experiences of Alwyndor’s residential care and home support services.

We understand how important it is to you and your family to know that your grandmother and Nanna have caring support.

Every day, our care teams see the difference their help makes, but it’s lovely to hear it from a family member.

We’re very proud of all our staff and we will pass on your comments, as we know it will mean a lot to them.
