"The great care and service my elderly mother received in your Emergency Department"

Good afternoon, I would like to advise you of the wonderful service and kindness we received recently in your Emergency Department by Dr Jaqueline and the Nurse Bridgette?  My elderly mother had slipped at a local shopping Centre, hitting her head on the floor tiles. As a result of this an ambulance was called and she was taken to your hospital.  The service received was outstanding. They were efficient and so kind to my mum, a wonderful trait to have. She was checked over thoroughly, x-rayed and released in good condition. I am sure you would receive many complaints, but on this occasion I would like to thank the staff involved for their wonderful service. If you are able to pass this on it would be much appreciated. Thank you. 

P.S The Ambulance Officers were outstanding also.
