"My parent at Sutherland Hospital"

My parent is currently in Sutherland Hospital. The rooms are very hot. My parent is running a temperature as well, so it is very unpleasant. I downloaded a thermometer to my smart phone and the temperature reached 25 degrees. I was sweating in the room, as my child. We talked to several staff members and there was nothing they could do. They are saying it's cold in some rooms and hot in others. I questioned another visitor to another room and her elderly parent was so hot they had nothing but a sheet on. This ward is full of elderly people. I am very surprised that this is going on in this day and age especially at Sutherland Hospital. I believe something needs to be done ASAP. 

My other parent brought a fan in for my hospitalised parent, but they are not allowed to plug it in. My parent has a temperature, so I believe the heat in the room would only be making it worse.
