We arrived at the urgent care centre after my child came off their mountain bike and needed medical attention. We were greeted and seen straight away by the nurse on duty. We felt very comfortable with the level of service and care my child received.
The urgent care nurse Elizabeth was so friendly and very compassionate, she told us what was going to happen and always asked how my child was doing.
